EXPLORE A PRACTICAL SCENARIO

What Does Your Project Need Most?

Choose a challenge to see a possible approach.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

A Good Idea Needs a Plan People Can Commit To.

Leadership has approved an initiative, but scope, roles, budget and timeline are still loosely defined.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT COULD DELIVER

A project charter, delivery plan and governance cadence.

A POSSIBLE WAY THROUGH

  1. 01Confirm objectives
  2. 02Define scope & roles
  3. 03Build the plan
  4. 04Kick off delivery

The plan reflects real dependencies, availability and approvals, not an optimistic date chosen in advance.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Structure Where It Helps.
Momentum Throughout.

Our project managers understand the technology being delivered, so plans, risks and trade-offs are grounded in how the work actually gets done.

01 / INITIATE

Project Setup & Planning

Charter, scope, work breakdown, schedule and budget, built with the people who will do the work and agreed with the sponsor.

A plan that shows what is in scope, what is not and why.

02 / COORDINATE

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

One point of coordination across business teams, internal IT and external vendors, with clear responsibilities and decision rights.

Useful when several parties each own part of the outcome.

03 / CONTROL

Risk, Issue & Change Control

A maintained log of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, and a simple process for assessing and approving changes to scope.

Changes are discussed and approved before work proceeds.

04 / REPORT

Status Reporting & Governance

Regular, honest status reporting and steering meetings that surface decisions early rather than reporting problems late.

Reporting fits your governance, from a weekly update to a formal steering committee.

05 / ADAPT

Agile & Hybrid Delivery

Sprints, backlogs and demonstrations for applications and automation; staged plans for migrations and infrastructure; or a mix of both.

We work in the tools you already use for planning and tracking.

06 / LAND

Rollout, Adoption & Handover

Readiness checks, user communication, training coordination and a documented handover with named ownership after go-live.

Relevant project work: coordinated fleet and SharePoint migrations.

DELIVERY YOU CAN SEE

Fewer Surprises.
Better Decisions.

Transparent Status

Progress, risks and decisions are reported plainly, including when something is off track and what it will take to recover.

Controlled Change

New requests are assessed for their impact on scope, cost and timeline, then approved or deferred deliberately.

Named Ownership

Every deliverable, decision and risk has an owner, so nothing waits on an unclear responsibility.

Benefits in View

The project keeps the original business outcome in sight, not only the task list, and checks whether it was achieved.

START WHERE YOU ARE

From Kick-Off
to a Project Back on Track.

Bring us in at the start, throughout delivery or when a project needs a reset.

SET UP

Project Kick-Start

For a new initiative that needs structure before delivery begins.

Typical Work
Objectives, scope, roles, schedule, budget and governance.
Agreed Deliverables
A project charter, delivery plan, risk log and reporting cadence.
DELIVER

Ongoing Project Management

For a project that needs a dedicated lead through delivery.

Typical Work
Planning, coordination, risk and change control, status reporting and rollout.
Agreed Deliverables
Regular reporting, controlled change and a documented handover.
RESET

Health Check & Recovery

For a project that has lost momentum or confidence.

Typical Work
Review of plan, status, scope, team capacity and stakeholder expectations.
Agreed Deliverables
Findings, a re-baselined plan and agreed recovery actions.

These are engagement options, not fixed-price packages. Scope, fees, timeline and responsibilities are agreed for your project.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Practical Questions.
Clear Decisions.

Can You Manage a Project Another Vendor Is Delivering?

Yes. We can act as your project manager alongside an external vendor or internal team, coordinating scope, milestones, risks and acceptance on your behalf.

Which Methodology Do You Use?

The one that fits the work. Fixed-scope migrations and rollouts often suit a staged plan, while applications and automation usually benefit from short iterations. Many projects use a hybrid of both.

Can You Combine Project Management With Business Analysis?

Yes, and on smaller projects it is often efficient to do so. On larger projects, we usually recommend separate roles so requirements and delivery each get full attention.

How Will We Know How the Project Is Going?

You agree the reporting cadence and format at the start. Typically that includes a regular status update covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, issues and decisions needed.

Can You Step In Partway Through a Project?

Yes. We start with a short health check to understand the current plan, status and risks, then agree what needs to change.

BRING YOUR VERSION OF THE PROBLEM

What would a well-run
project look like for you?

Tell us where the project stands and what is getting in the way. We’ll help agree the next step. Scope, responsibilities and costs are agreed before work begins.
