Power Platform & Business Applications

Build Around the Way You Work.

Turn spreadsheet-heavy processes and disconnected approvals into purposeful business applications. We connect Power Apps, Power Automate, data and integrations around the people doing the work.

EXPLORE A PRACTICAL SCENARIO

What Has Your Current Process Outgrown?

Choose a challenge to see a possible approach.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

Keep the Familiar Work. Improve the System Behind It.

A workbook with related data, complex queries and approvals has become the center of an important business process.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT COULD DELIVER

A scoped application, data design and connected approval process.

A POSSIBLE WAY THROUGH

  1. 01Map data & users
  2. 02Design the application
  3. 03Connect reporting
  4. 04Automate approvals

The data platform is selected for the required relationships, access, licensing and maintenance needs—not assumed in advance.

ONE CONNECTED OFFERING

Applications, Automation
and the Data Between Them.

We design the process and the application together, so the interface, approvals and supporting information work as one solution.

01 / BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Power Apps

Replace spreadsheet workarounds and disconnected forms with applications shaped around your users. We define screens, roles, validations and the data relationships needed to support the work.

Useful for: internal requests, operational records, field data capture and approval-driven applications.

02 / WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Power Automate

Connect intake, decisions and follow-up tasks across a business process. We plan approval routes, reminders, exceptions and failure handling so a flow has a clear owner when something needs attention.

Useful for: hardware orders, onboarding, document routing and finance coordination.

03 / STRUCTURED INFORMATION

Data & Reporting

Model the information behind the application rather than carrying spreadsheet complexity into a new interface. We evaluate suitable data sources, reporting needs and access requirements alongside licensing and maintenance.

The design can assess Dataverse, SharePoint or SQL-based data, and the reporting tools appropriate to the project.

04 / CONNECTED SYSTEMS

APIs & Integrations

Bring approved systems into the workflow through suitable connectors or APIs. Where custom development is needed, we consider Azure Functions and other integration components as part of the wider architecture.

We define which system owns each record, how authentication works and what happens when an integration fails.

05 / INTELLIGENT PROCESSING

AI & Document Workflows

Connect document extraction and LLM-assisted processing to a business application or flow. We define the information required, how outputs are checked and where people remain responsible for decisions.

Relevant project work includes funding-information extraction for fiscal reporting using LLMs, Azure Foundry and Power Platform.

06 / WORK AWAY FROM THE DESK

Mobile & Offline Experiences

Design for the conditions your staff actually work in, including limited connectivity. Offline scope, local storage, synchronization and exception handling are agreed around the chosen application and data architecture.

Relevant project work includes mobile field capture that synchronizes when connectivity returns.

ARCHITECTURE BEFORE ACCUMULATION

Build Something Your Team
Can Own After Launch.

Permissions & Data Boundaries

Define user roles, service connections and access to records. Review connector and data policies so the design reflects how information is allowed to move.

Licensing & Operating Costs

Identify the intended users, connectors, data storage and expected usage. Explain licensing dependencies and ongoing cost considerations before committing to an architecture.

Environments & Controlled Change

Agree how development, testing and production are separated, and how changes are packaged, reviewed and released. The approach should fit the scale of the solution.

Support & Maintainability

Plan flow ownership, connection maintenance, error notifications and documentation. Define who handles incidents, changes and future enhancements.

START WHERE YOU ARE

From the First Design
to the Next Improvement.

We can help shape a new application, deliver a defined solution or improve an existing Power Platform environment.

ASSESS & DESIGN

Find the Right Starting Point

For a process that needs a clearer technical direction.

Typical Work
Process discovery, data and access review, platform choices and a proposed architecture.
Agreed Deliverables
A prioritized scope, design recommendations and licensing considerations.
BUILD & CONNECT

Deliver a Focused Solution

For an application or workflow with defined users and outcomes.

Typical Work
Application design, flows, data integration and validation with representative users.
Agreed Deliverables
A scoped solution, test findings, handover materials and ownership arrangements.
REVIEW & IMPROVE

Make Existing Work More Reliable

For applications and flows that have grown difficult to manage.

Typical Work
Review dependencies, permissions, flow failures and maintenance responsibilities.
Agreed Deliverables
Prioritized improvements, agreed fixes and an operating or support approach.

These are engagement options, not fixed-price packages. Scope, fees, timeline, licensing and ongoing support are agreed for your project.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Practical Questions.
Clear Decisions.

Can You Improve an Existing App or Flow?

Yes. We can review the current design, data sources, connections and ownership, then agree which changes are worth making. Access to the existing environment and documentation helps establish the scope.

Do We Need to Replace Every Spreadsheet?

No. The aim is to improve the process. Some spreadsheets can remain useful for analysis or exports while an application manages shared records, permissions or approvals. We assess what should change and what can stay.

Will Our Current Microsoft Licenses Cover It?

That depends on the application, users, connectors, data platform and other components. We review those dependencies as part of solution planning rather than assuming every capability is included in an existing subscription.

How Do You Check That It Works?

We agree acceptance scenarios with the people using the solution, including permissions, missing information, rejected requests and integration failures. Offline solutions also need synchronization and field-use checks appropriate to their design.

Who Maintains It After Delivery?

Ownership, documentation, connection responsibilities and support arrangements are defined as part of the engagement. We can prepare your team for handover or discuss an ongoing support scope.

BRING YOUR VERSION OF THE PROBLEM

What would a better
working day look like?

We’ll look at your current tools, the people involved and the exceptions that matter. Scope, deliverables and costs are agreed before implementation.
